By making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Policy – Services & Subscriptions
All our services, subscriptions, and digital solutions are sold "as is".
- Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
- Subscription fees operate like prepaid plans – once purchased, they cannot be cancelled or refunded, but you may continue to use the service until your subscription period ends.
- We do not offer partial refunds, credits for unused periods, or adjustments for unused subscription time on active accounts.
- This policy applies equally to all customers, without exception.
You are responsible for reviewing the service details before purchase.
2. Refunds for Products (If Applicable)
If you have purchased a hardware product from Signogen, any refund request will be subject to inspection.
- Once your return is received, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Exchange Policy – Hardware Products
- You may request an exchange within 10 days of purchase.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Exchanges can be made for products of equal or lesser value. If the new product costs less, the price difference will not be refunded.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Items must not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

- If a refund is approved, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on location.
6. Legal Compliance
This policy is in accordance with applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other relevant Indian laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.
